Daily Duties at Experian:
Managed the relationship with several business groups for technical projects. Planned, coordinated, and managed a portfolio of technical projects within the assigned business groups. Responsible for leading all aspects of projects from start to finish including project team definition, resource allocation decisions with Managers of impacted departments, stakeholder interfaces, project planning, functional documentation, full project execution, tracking, reporting, rollout, interface with other business departments, and formalized project closure. · Successfully recovered a colleague’s failing fixed-bid project and timeline saving $35,000/mo. Because of the turnaround, the client reengaged Experian for a second project. · Mentored junior Project Managers and lead training sessions
