Daily Duties at Usaf 56th Rescue Squadron :

First line supervisor for seven enlisted personnel. Conducted periodic performance reviews, feedback and annual appraisals. Wrote Airman/NCO of the quarter and Airman/NCO of the year awards packages. Managed day-to-day flight and ground training currencies for 30 crew members in three crew positions. Scheduled and conducted ancillary, ground and flying training ensuring personnel met highest levels of combat capability. Active aircrew member - Performed and instructed flight engineer duties including aircraft preflight, weight and balance, takeoff and landing data computations and monitored aircraft systems in-flight. Supervised survivor recovery element insertions/extractions during fast rope, rope ladder, rappel and hoist operations. Unit First Sergeant. Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of the Quarter.
