Daily Duties at Award Solutions:
• Delivered over 50 onsite and online wireless technology and network optimization courses to over 500 operator and vendor engineers. Courses included introductory and advanced sessions on UMTS and HSPA protocols and signaling; ATM and the Actix software. • Developed, maintained and customized course material, including instructor-led training manuals, e-learning storyboards, exercises and evaluation questions. • Used Camtasia Studio to develop six e-learning modules for a large wireless network operator in support of their internal engineering certification program.
