Daily Duties at Six Continents Hotels, Inc.:
Schedule, accept, and maintain meetings and presentations for Vice President and several Sr. Managers. Schedule and confirm travel arrangements for entire department of 40 associates, as needed. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports by entering data into Excel and Word documents. Ensure a professional and productive office environment by answering and routing phone calls, general filling, ordering supplies, coding invoices for processing, and resolving issues within the department in a timely manner. Keeping costs down for the company by controlling spending on communication devices and services, and administering cost comparisons. Distribute incoming and outgoing mail for department. Chart growth of Data Center by updating seating charts, also creating and updating Organizational Charts. Maintain functionality of office machines and availability of products on demand. Schedule and oversee catering menus and on time delivery for meetings and presentations. Ensure proper payment of invoices to the correct billing location as well as to the supplier in a timely manner. As in any position, execute various other tasks as requested.
