Daily Duties at Holcim (Us), Inc.:

Schedule, accept, and maintain meetings and presentations for Sr.Vice President, VP of Sales/Marketing/GM, and VP of Manufacturing. Schedule and confirm travel arrangements for SVP, for all business travel, and personal travel for family, as requested. Created, submitted and tracked expense reports for SVP. Create daily, monthly, and year to date sales reports and distribute to Executives on a daily basis. Maintain productive office environment by answering and routing phone calls, general filling, ordering supplies, coding invoices for processing, payment, and resolving issues within the department in a timely manner. Responsible for notarizing all legal, real estate, other documents and securing signature from SVP and executing as needed. Reported to the SVP and provided support for his 9 direct reports relocating to our Regional office. As a key resource and liaison to other Regions, District Sales, and Corporate offices, worked closely to set standards and best practices. Pickup, open, and distribute important incoming mail for department, and coordinate outgoing mail and courier packages. Maintain functionality of office machines and availability of technology devices and products on demand. Schedule and oversee catering menus and on time delivery for meetings and presentations. Enjoyed planning and coordinating all aspects of Holiday parties for 50+ employees and guests each year. Scheduled, planned, and coordinated all details for local and out of town meetings, paying close attention to every detail to ensure a successful and memorable event for all participants. Coordinated, scheduled and communicated all details of Customer Entertainment Outings, for the Sales VP with a $100,000.00 budget. Cross-trained in the Credit Management department and learned the aspects of risk management at terminals and shipping stations in the cement plants, as well as, the steps in the collection process. Provided Credit Manager with status of past due customer accounts and plan of action. Assisted with credit applications of potential customers by gathering the necessary documents from bank and business references to determine credit risk and establishment of credit line. Managed office security system and distributed employee badges, as needed. As in any position, execute various other tasks as requested.
