Daily Duties at Dialog:

• Lead and oversee all functions within the KC geared toward customer programs and project development. • Ensure the operation of an efficient customer service organization that consistently achieves high levels of customer satisfaction, service and retention. • Manage up to 8 staff with diverse roles (content/product/subject specialties) for performance and development, balancing team duties and ensuring availability for project assignments • Delegate projects to global Knowledge Center staff, utilizing diverse skill sets, in cooperation with other Knowledge Center managers; monitor progress to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time • Market programs to sales, define priorities for revenue development, target at-risk accounts and develop customer and sales communications. Lead and oversee activities related to customer problem resolution. • Solely responsible for the rebranding, program conception, implementation, marketing and expansion of a global Research Services program, to market Dialog’s in-house expertise and increase its revenue.
