Maintained and troubleshot HPLC and CE equipment. Performed instrument installation, calibration, PQ, PM procedures. Developed methods and validation data for peptide formulations: HPLC, HPCE, SDS-PAGE, and IEF. Wrote stability protocols and reports. Performed QC release and stability testing for drug substance and drug product. Analytical technology transfer.
