Oversaw enrollment/credentialing for 175 faculty and 300 CRNAs. Effectively applied methodology and enforced project standards while designing new processes, coordinating new service design, and executing service analysis. Prepared and delivered reports to Executive Management, recommendations, and alternatives that addressed existing and potential problem areas. Collaborated in the design and implementation of strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity met existing and future requirements  Instrumental in the promotion, design, and launch of a web-based enrollment system with automates work-queue’s and email reminders.  Developed paperless environment by introducing a Document Imaging system for credentialing and privileging.  Dramatically improved productivity of clinical and administrative functions by introducing process reengineering and leading edge technology.  Gained acknowledgment for consistently showcasing superior communication, team building, and performance abilities.  Successfully executed an automated productivity and clinical incentive plan for 150 physicians thus establishing pay for performance motivation.
