Senior Project Manager: Primavera- P3 & SureTrak and MS Project. Multiple Projects; Design-Build, Estimating, ValueEngineering & Engineered Construction Alternatives. Construction Litigation with Mediation/Arbitration/Courtroom experience. PROJECTS: USPS Western United States Data Resource Center: EDW/PDU “Chilled Water Rack” design/construction/operations. Berkeley City College, Quarry Lane Private High School, Piedmont Unified School District- CM, Retail Development and USPS Historic Preservation-Renovations.
