Daily Duties at 454 Life Sciences:
Train and provide technical support to new customers/personnel on a state of the art genomic sequencing system in the US and rest of the world. This includes management of 2-3 others, use of various lab techniques, and individual customer relationship building through interactive training and technical support issues. Review weekly and monthly reports from training/technical staff as well as present all related technical related issues to upper management involving 454-picoliter sequencer. Provide technical support to 454 international partner (Roche diagnostics) and new customers as part of our pre and post-sales support of the equipment.
