* Designed and implemented a global video conferencing network, including hardware and installation, to allow for television and video transmissions between all Forbes endpoints around the world. * Managed a Facilities Coordinator, rotating intern and a maintenance staff of 10 to ensure all facilities related repairs and projects are completed within schedule. * Oversaw all operations in nine domestic and four international offices including construction, IT networking and space planning. * Designed television studios in 4 domestic and 2 international offices for web based video production including lighting, camera equipment and network connections. * Managed over 20 projects simultaneously while staying within deadlines and very strict budgets.
