Daily Duties at Northeastern University:

Managed and oversaw the operations of the primary computer labs, classroom computers and public use kiosks at the four university campuses. Managed the primary walk-up computer support desk. Represented university IS department in various inter-department meetings as well as orientation sessions for prospective students and parents. Directly responsible for a staff of 3 full-time and 90 part-time staff members.
