Daily Duties at Northeastern University:
Built, deployed and maintained core university Microsoft systems. Developed and maintained access rules for these systems including authentication, firewall and antivirus policies. Designed and maintained solutions with redundancy, security and disaster recovery as priorities. Consulted on department specific initiatives to ensure best integration into existing university infrastructure. Led enterprise integration of Mac OSX into centralized service book. Responsible for SMS, WSUS and Symantec enterprise systems servicing over 5,000 workstations and servers. Awarded one of three peer nominated awards in 2007 for excellence in NU IT.
