Daily Duties at 7 Eleven Inc.:
Directed daily operations for 10 high-volume convenient & gas stores; supervised the activities of 10 well trained and highly motivated managers and 150 full/part time employees. Orchestrated all strategic planning, cash management, financial audits, P&L statement analysis, inventory control, marketing surveys, new product roll outs, in-store promotions, advertising and sales functions. Analyzed competitor pricing and formulated pricing strategies, product mix discounts and special combination values. Work out as an assistant for manager training curriculum with evaluating all employees by employee certification programs. Provided necessary direction to all recruitment, training and staff evaluation actions, including pay management for approximately 80 employees.
