Trained sales force in online and integrated sales techniques. Doubled sales of online lead generation products via staff coaching and direct sales to key accounts. Prospected and drove significant revenue from new clients who had not previously advertised with RCRWN. Created publications single largest spending account by creating and selling CPC program. Developed, executed and managed new online revenue products for recruitment and lead generation (white papers, webcasts, e-newsletters) in collaboration with design, IT, editorial, marketing and sales. Formed relationships with new online ad networks to drive incremental revenue.
