Daily Duties at Csc:

Responsible for software configuration management on the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) phase of the U.S. Coast Guards Mission Oriented Information Systems Engineering (MOISE) contract. Also assigned to support CSC MOISE contract in preparing for and obtaining SEI SA and SW CMM level 3 rating.  Maintained and updated Configuration Management Database concerning any Change Requests, System Problem Reports, correspondence and deliverables associated with Task Order 21 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) (U.S. Coast Guard Contract)  Facilitated Internal Review Board and CCB meetings as CM representative. Generated meeting agenda and minutes through PVCS Tracker  Updated and maintained Task Order 21 information in PVCS Tracker, generated status reports as required  Maintained and controlled Hardware/Software parts list and performed on site audits at the Coast Guard Operations Center to ensure accurate configuration  Wrote Configuration Management Procedures document for Task Order 21 O&M  Use of CCC/Harvest in a UNIX environment to build/compile software programs.  Use of PVCS CM tool to manage software version control and promote software through SW lifecycle  Helped the CSC MOISE contract in preparing for and successfully obtaining a SEI SW CMM Level 3 rating  Represented CM for MOISE contract, during the SEI SW CMM Software Capability Evaluation (SCE)  Chaired bi-weekly meetings concerning SA CMM with CSC Civil Group Division SAPG representatives  Developed and maintained schedules and correspondence for the MOISE contract concerning SEI SA CMM activities  Completed SEI training course on Software Acquisition Capability Maturity Model  Wrote MOISE Software Acquisition Plan based on CSC DID’s and the SEI SA Capability Maturity Model  Collected MOISE artifacts and created artifact box in preparation for a SA CMM Software Capability Evaluation (SCE), indexed by Key Process Area’s (KPA’s).
