Daily Duties at Csc:

Responsible for development and implementation of standard software configuration management processes and controls in support of multi-technology, multi-site systems development for the Corporate MIS Division of CSC.  Maintained and updated Configuration Management Databases concerning any Change Requests, System Problem Reports, correspondence and deliverables associated with Labor Cost Distribution (LCD), Electronic Time Entry System (eTES), Costpoint Interface (CPI), Financial Accounting System (FACTS), and Global Employees Management System (GEMS) applications  Used SAP 4.6 to move GEMS software through the development, QA/Test, and Production lifecycle  Created and maintained GEMS Userids on SAP database, maintain security and audit use of database  Use of SAP tools to execute/compile and debug sw programs in the GEMS Dev., Test, and Production Clients  Use of PowerBuilder, SQL+, and Visual Basic to compile software and generate executables for the various projects  Wrote and maintained CM build procedures for all CM controlled software applications  Use of PVCS Version Manager to maintain software version control and promote software through SW lifecycle (GEMS, TES, ITES, Costpoint Projects)  Submitted monthly status reports to Corporate MIS Management Team  Executed QA and Production Releases for all in-house applications (LCD, GEMS, CPI, eTES, and FACTS)  Performed periodic CM Audits on all Software Applications to ensure all lifecycle environments are in sync  Generation and maintenance of GEMS and Mainframe Userids. Ensure all users have correct profiles and access to the various GEMS environments.
