Daily Duties at Imco:
Maintained Relationships between Engineers, Subcontractors, City State and Federal Entities. Company Project progress reports which provided information for Field Superintendents as well as Project Foremen. Estimated and maintained site development and cost control. Coordinate with site development contractors, vendors and trades to establish costs, secure bids, and to overcome conflicts and schedule delays. Oversee field development process to ensure proper sequencing and scheduling in order to meet delivery requirements. Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed. Liaison with Construction and Purchasing departments related to material purchasing and installation. Ensure OSHA compliance
