Daily Duties at Con Ex Llc:
Day to Day operations of an Excavation Land Development Company. Estimator, Problem Solver, Contract Negotiator, Company Started at apprx. $420,000.00 per Year. Currently we are an 8.5 Million net & increasing by $160K per year average. Management of Sub Contractors. Profit and Losses. Estimating Managed the field development construction process and assigned staff at designated sites including the following tasks Bid process for construction contracts Construction contract administration Management of development contractors, vendors and suppliers Project Engineer, and consultants re design issues during the construction process. On time and on budget delivery of completed infrastructure including utilities, roads, lot prep and other elements. Coordination of infrastructure work with construction of site amenities, including entry features, landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, parks, and other common area elements. Implement and oversee the operation of the project standards and schedules. Direct liaison with engineers, surveyors, contractors, vendors, utility providers, governing agencies, etc. related to the development of land and lots. Prepare necessary progress reports related to assigned projects. Perform budget updates for each project monthly. Operate Multiple equipment. Excavators, Bull dozers, Loaders.
