* Trouble shooting problems related to HR systems as Help Desk Analyst interfacing with end users around the country. * As a security focal, set up and administered security access to different HR systems, including PeopleSoft security, assisted in setting up processes and procedures PeopleSoft roles are to be reviewed for separation of duties to comply with SOx requirements. * Created complex Adhoc queries for reports and metrics in PeopleSoft and Boeing Employee Reporting Tool (BERT-Hyperion) for HR requirements
