Daily Duties at Orthopedic Assoc. Of West Jersey:
*Pulling, Filing and Labeling of charts. *Faxing and copying *Handling of archived and micro fiche records. *Incoming and outgoing mail *Handling all documented patient information. *Computer input and inquiry *Copy of records requests from Lawyers, Doctors, and Patients by phone, fax or mail. (HIPPA Laws applied) *All other office duties asked of me.
