Daily Duties at Premisys Real Estate Service:
1993-1997 Manage daily operations for a 2,250,000 rsf property consisting of two 50 story towers, 40,000 of retail and a 6,000 stall parking garage. Maintain leases for 195 tenants, reduce rent delinquencies to less than 1%, create positive tenant relations program, and negotiate vendor contracts. Manage $25 million operating budget. Provide complex monthly reports and reforecasting for ownership groups. Provide upgrades and improvements to operating systems and restore aging building to first class condition. 1992-1993 Manage daily operations for 550,000 rsf REO property, owned by the FDIC. Collect rents, manage tenants, provide tenant work outs for problem leases. Maintain building systems with minimal money from the FDIC for operations, and no capital improvements approved.
