Manage Client's facilities (ARCO/ BP) in 17 buildings totaling 980,000 rsf. Manage $15 million operating budget, prepare monthly and periodic financial reports. Develop operational plans for expansion of Facility services and implement services. Advise client during corporate restructuring, consolidation, downsizing, and merger. Reduce operating expenses $1.5 million in the first year, then continue to deliver 5% savings per year there after.
