Daily Duties at Cushman & Wakefield:
Lead account transitions for new clients in southern California. Interview and select key employees. Interface with client to determine needs and objectives. Provide critical reports on operational conditions and cost savings opportunities. Provide interim Facilities and Project Management for 600,000 rsf campus. Interview and select FM for site. Satisfactorily resolve construction punchlist issues and errors and omissions from accelerated move-in to new building complex.
