• Retrieve work proposals from Maintenance manager. • Underline all parts involved and order from vendors, targeting best price possible without jeopardize quality. • Assure the prompt procurement of critical parts to avoid shutdown of production lines. • Retrieve maintenance personnel daily reports, translated from Spanish to English and enter into “Machinery preventive maintenance History” spread sheet. • Receive and put away spare parts for bakery equipment including electrical, mechanical and pneumatic items. • Meet with vendors to discuss new and better quality parts available suitable for a specific application. • Received new bakery machinery and assigned a tag number revealing production line destination. • Reconcile work proposal against purchasing orders and invoices to deliver to accounting department. • Retrieve information about wasted product from production line supervisors; enter into spread sheet to analyze data. • Assist Maintenance manager to pin point machinery problems that lead in a potential production turmoil.
