• Assisted in the Research and Development to match citrus flavors by blending and distillations process • Accomplished glass and molecular type of distillation to scale-up projects from pilot plant to productions • Analyzed aroma of Orange, Grapefruit and apple juices by involving in organoleptic test • Isolated compounds by glass, molecular and fractionation type of the distillation for customer requirements
