Daily Duties at Pepsi Americas:
Computer/Tech Operator Primarily responsible for UNIX monitoring and installation of NT servers. Provided systems monitoring with HP Openview. • Installed NT servers – 360, 380, 580 and CK-7 Chassis • Ensured the integrity of database, monitored and escalated to the next support tier • Created and updated Policy and Procedures manual • Generated reports and labels for remote locations • Provided assistance after hours for ITCS (helpdesk)
