Daily Duties at Envision Inc :
At Envision I am lead for a team that performs sustained engineering tasks for previous releases as well as handling feature requests and product improvements. Our product consists of a Java server and clients written in Java and C++. As the lead engineer of the sustained engineering team (CET - Customer Engineering Team) I am responsible for troubleshooting and fixing customer issues in any part of our product code. I am also responsible for meeting leadership, communication with other teams within the company, resource planning, and work assignment.
