Daily Duties at Intel Corporation:
Managed, time, material, and fifteen member staff of 12 manufacturing technicians and 3 equipment technicians for the Fab 6 Facility in Chandler, AZ • Responsible for the morale, motivation, and training of all personnel under my cognizance. • Provided leadership that directly contributed to production outputs of 117% of production goals on the Trillium tester set, which is the areas primary constraint tool and 101% of production goals for the S94 tester set, which is the area secondary constraint tool in a three-month period. • Increased the training certification of personnel by 10% to an overall certification level of 90% of the certification matrix, with the training plan in place to reach 100% certification within the next three months.
