Daily Duties at Starbucks Coffee Co.:

I executed daily operations operations and training talented baristas and shift supervisors, wrote, designed and produced schedules 3 weeks out, coached and held partners accountable, supervised and managed store operations, analyze and match purchase orders against deliveries and invoices, inventory and maintenance control, manage cash control of store safe and partner tills, scheduled performance reviews in advanced and gave on time, maintain store budget (increased store revenue by 15% in first year of position, promoted baristas to shifts, held lead and team meetings to maintain company goals, had one on ones with individual partners to discuss future with company and to see if there was any thing that I could do for them. I attended work shops (IHE, Focus, Situational Leadership) to sharpen my skills.
