Daily Duties at Meilca Inc :
Provide system support to the Network Control system environment. Responsible for monitoring and controlling all network servers and the AS/400. Report all problems to the Service Desk, and assist as tier-1 level support on Data Center related issues. Supervise and coordinate daily production and monitoring online applications and submitting jobs for execution. Verify installation and configuration software, optimizing for individual system configuration. Diagnosis and troubleshooting and provide system support to the Network Control Center and interfaced with Technical Support. Assist the Operation Manager with planning and coordination activities with system software or hardware installation. Assisting in software and hardware upgrade and testing in developing operation procedures.
