Monitor daily production and non production batch cycles and systems and respond to system requests under supervision. Responsible for documentation and follow-up of operations problems encountered. Operated computer equipment, performing tasks and running applications as per defined schedules and procedures. Experienced with CA1, CICS, VTAM, TSO/ ISPF, TCP/ IP System environment. Worked closely with technical Support in the development of test procedures on in-house applications.
