Daily Duties at Spherion For Nationwide Insurance:
Managed an Indiana recruiting program for Nationwide Insurance. Responsible for sourcing, interviewing and researching backgrounds of potential agency owners. I worked closely with territory managers and agency owners to meet their staffing needs. I attended job fairs, networking groups and utilized insurance resources to source candidates. I was given a complete territory that included Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas and Alabama to support and I was offered a full time position to run the territory but I to decline it because could not relocate at the time. I provided weekly status updates and met with the customers as needed.
