Daily Duties at Vision Quest:
To perform both HR/Recruiting functions for a privately held Technical Development Company. Managed the company hiring, disciplinary, and employment policies, employee development. Work closely with Managers to secure technical resources to fulfill project requirements. Negotiated bill rates with both contractors and clients. Process all resource employment contracts, weekly time tracking, and on site resource management. I managed the HR function for the company that includes new hire paper work, benefits, salary negotiations, payroll, and training.
