Daily Duties at Liberty Mutual:
Manage the recruiting process for four offices. Working at all levels of the company from senior management to individual contributors. Worked closely with management to identify resource needs while working within budgetary guidelines. Help management evaluate talent and identify associates that where ready for a promotion. Write descriptive job ads, post to appropriate sourcing options, source candidates (passive & non passive), interview candidates, correspond with candidates, coordinate all aspects of the candidate visits including travel/lodging and itinerary.
