Daily Duties at Fm Global:

• Post Corp & Non Corp. jobs postings (internal & external) as well as manage Monster, Dice and other specialty niche sites for 3 recruiters and 2 managers locally, in addition to the administrative managers globally. • Responsible for maintaining the EEO Log, Agency & Budget binders. • Prepare & manage Orientation Material, Applicant Kits and Offer Kits. • Review and verify references of candidates; transmit "No Interest Letters". • Maintain and monitored the Staffing E-mail Inbox and send acknowledgement letters. • Place orders for Criminal Background Checks and conduct reference checks. • Prepare applicants for skill evaluations as well as applicant escort.
