Provided administrative support to the Chairman of the Company Interaction and contact on behalf of the CEO with major clients worldwide which include large corporations, institutions both domestic and foreign government agencies. Liaison with outside Board of Directors, executive committee members and internal staff communicating general information to and from the chairman. Generated daily briefing reports, agendas, minutes, evaluations and determination of priority levels. Managed the flow of inquiries, requests and proposals from shareholders, institutional investors to ensure reponses ina timely manner. Planned board of Directors dinners and annual shareholdeer meetings. Prepared guest lists, sent out invitation and monitored all responses to ensure a well organized event. Demonstrated and proven working with a high level of confidentiality on all levels.
