Provided administrative support to two Managing Directors, a Senior Vice President and a Vice President. Recruiting coordinator for analyst, associates and summer interns. Delegated assignments to assistant to help manage candidates on "super interview day' making the process run efficiently. Coordianted all department dinners, luncheons, parties, outside activities and recruiting functions boosting moral in the department. Coordinated tours at the NYSE for new hires. Managed weekly attendance and annual vacation for assistants. Ordered supplies and maintained inventory. Utilized best judgement ot keep costs donw.
