Daily Duties at Vortex Ind.:

Oversee daily operations of the Direct Contact, Business to Business Marketing Program. Analyze spending and market strategy success. Research designated territories and target larger customers. Using leads generated from direct contact sales representatives, contact customers, evaluate and qualify leads. Cold call and schedule Target Meetings with potential customers to coincide with existing estimates and/or jobsite back checks. Provide proposals and submittals in response to RFP’s. Conduct on site assessment; quickly offer customer options for solutions and follow-up with pricing as necessary. If given approval, order job specific material, create work order and manage project through completion. If necessary, step in and complete task at hand. Maintain stock material for fleet of 12 Service Trucks. Tier three in customer service solutions/ collections within the local service center. Member in company wide Technical Support, specializing in electrical components, both high and low voltage troubleshooting. Company wide sales leader- 2006 thru 2008 with gross sales exceeding $1.2 Million-2007 & 2008
