Successfully customized systems for Abbott Diagnostics, Cor Therapeutics, Brio Technology, Kinetics, SDL [now JDS Uniphase], Unisys, Micrel Semiconductor, and Cypress Semiconductor. •Designed specifications for integrated systems for consultants. Assisted large general contractors in the design phase of integrated systems for end users. Automated office documents, databases and procedures from manual to computers. Administered and improved remote technical support for all access control accounts, both end user-managed accounts and remote accounts. Designed integrated access control, security and CCTV systems. Developed and delivered end user technical training and company training on completed installations.
