Daily Duties at Kalido, Inc.:

Direct software development recruiting operations focused on areas including technology (.NET / Java), product management, sales, training, and professional services. Devise and deploy strategies to enhance staff quality, efficiency, ROI, and alignment with business needs throughout lifecycle (from initial reqs to offers of employment). Leverage business contacts and direct sourcing to expedite the identification of candidates and to minimize costs. Confer with departmental directors on long-term staffing plans, position reviews, compensation issues, the suitability of applicants, and onboarding. Manage projects; analyze survey information and deliver presentations to senior executives. Oversee the company recruiting web page. Prepare new position descriptions for employment boards and negotiate favorable pricing agreements. Ensure compliance with immigration and background investigation requirements. Cultivate strong relationships with 3rd-party recruiters and other vendors. • Met or exceeded quality objectives and delivery schedule for all projects. • Established productive relationships with hiring managers by generating and implementing a new recruiting initiative (on time). • Revamped the compensation policies / practices for the U.S. and United Kingdom facilities. • Performed a comprehensive reorganization of the company’s career / recruiting intranet site.
