Consulted with the Sales Incentive Compensation Analysts in the Finance Department on implementing incentive compensation for sales representatives and management during the launch of the new Oracle BPT system. Calculated payable commissions on collected sales per the incentive compensation plans. Updated and maintained commission statements, bonuses, and payroll files and assisted in reconciling monthly payments averaging over $800,000 a month for over 300 plan participants using Excel and Oracle Discoverer.
