As Business Sales Executive, worked with the Enterprise Solution Department managing telephone service orders for large accounts. Handled large commercial accounts for all major banks in the Carolinas, Virginia, Oregon, Washington and California. Developed account profiles and positioning strategies, completed customer needs analysis, prepared service improvement plans, and created long-range account management strategies. Responded to client requests for information, assistance, support, and pricing. Executed business to business sales. Coordinated ordering of all services and products for high value business customers. Products and services included a B1 through Frame Relay, ADSL, ISDN PRI & BRI, data, PBX’s, also wireless and FIOS. Managed a 30 member sales team which either met or exceeded budgeted sales with a 90% success rate for more than 3years
