Daily Duties at Accenture:
Human Resource Generalist & Software Consultant Coordinated with executives and global HR executive on career development and HR management of more than 300 Southeast technology consulting employees. Supervised resource needs for over 30 clients in the pharmaceutical, freight, transportation, hotel & tourism, retail and consumable goods industries. Ensured accurate and efficient bi-weekly consulting personnel staffing. Designed training curriculum to meet customer needs after software roll-outs. Conducted new hire and current employee training, anchoring smooth transitions and effective daily work efforts. Key Highlights: • Avoided employee grievances and costly litigations through expert management of corporate downsizing efforts. • Provided continuous effective HR processes by identifying and achieving potential improvements through creative process growth solutions. • Improved employee work processes by designing and conducting training programs to more than 100 HR professionals. • Enhance software benefits by collecting user interface feedback from day-to-day client use and operation.
