Daily Duties at Planned Systems International, Inc.:
As Program Manager for the delivery of a $5+ million annual contract with the Department of Defense, I am responsible for a 22 person Technical and Operations team supporting the Department of Defense's Military Health System Learning Management System (MHS Learn). This includes contractual oversight and adherence, requirements elicitation and development, Tier III Help Desk, COTS application tailoring and development, and custom educational content development in a SCORM compliant LMS environment. MHS Learn’s audience includes all branches of the Military Health System, public health care providers, and constituents and patients from the Department of Veterans Affairs. The system and team provides training to over 180,000 learners with over 500 discrete courses.
