Daily Duties at Colorado State University Global Campus:
Amy Giertz was the Executive Assistant to the CFO for Colorado State University-Global Campus. She was instrumental in setting up all the purchasing of services, equipment, supplies and coordinated the installation and maintenance of IT and telephone services for a new 10,000 sq. ft. facility. See the above paragraphs for further job responsibilities. In the last 8 months Amy also was responsible for all staff travel through the State Travel Management Program (STMP) including training, credit card reconciliation and payment. She also took care of the Student Accounts receiving payments from students, making deposits, in charge of all bank statements, and assisting students with their student accounts, financial aid and any payment issues.
