Daily Duties at Colonial Parking, Inc.:
Responsible for the operations of a $72 million portfolio of over 110 contracts in the DC/MD/VA Metropolitan area that consists of over half of the company’s business. Also responsible for procuring business development, and in my time at Colonial, I had a 100% win ratio with proposals for new business—increasing the Portfolio’s business by 6% in the first 6 months of employment. My core impact to the company’s success included: • Management and leadership of a tenured team of five (5) senior managers, 19 project managers, and over 400 field employees; • Providing strategic vision for the company—including administrative standardization, streamlining, and integration of technology in a manual process business; • Oversight of over 110 contracts with a client base of 76 discrete clients; • Building and maintaining relationships with high profile clientele and business owners; • Ensuring client’s meet or exceed budgeted income expectations; • Ensuring clients expenses fall below or arrive at budget expectations; • Oversight of company-wide standard operating procedures (SOP) documentation and standardization program; • Leadership of the Company’s Directors Forum consisting of Director level executives throughout the organization; • Development, implementation and oversight of Quality Assurance and auditing program; and • Intervention and direction on Human Resource and policy matters within the Portfolio and company.
