Daily Duties at Hrg Worldwide Travel:
Provide timely and accurate business travel services including but not limited to air/rail transportation, hotels, car and limousine reservations for domestications and international travel. Distinguished performance in leading my team in productivity. Identify efficient routes, lowest available fares, exchanges rates for domestic and international travel with the knowledge of geography and cost effective routes. Proven ability to work queues that require split ticketing, ticket exchanges and invoicing. Proficient in fare calculations, exchanges/refunds & understanding fare rules. Possess excellent problem solving skills and the ability to use the Internet effectively to service our clients A team player, a problem solver & I have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to promote products. Recognition from clients for the proven ability to organize and prioritize issues.
