Daily Duties at Stratacare:
Scanned an average of 300 bills per day. Maintain average error rate of less than 5%. Input claim numbers, federal tax ID and recognizing different hold codes to forward to correct billing department. Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation state fee schedules and guidelines, ICD-9 and CPT terminology. Make corrections on reviews if required by client specific workflow
