Daily Duties at U.S. Navy:
In this position I began as a Emergency Medical Technician providing patient care to U.S. Marines in training/combat operations. I quickly displayed optimal aptitude rising through the ranks and attaining a supervisory position after 3 years of service. For the last 3 years of service I worked as a Clinic Supervisor designated to ensure the medical readiness of U.S. Marine troops prior to being deployed. The activities for which I had direct oversight were: Immunization plans, health screenings, health promotion evaluations, dental readiness documentation and electronic medical record management. One of my successful initiatives was to incorporate professional development workshops achieving the promotion of 40% of junior medical staff.
